Rihanna & Chris Brown Leaving The Clive Davis Party (Before Alleged Assault)

UPDATE: This is a interesting snippet:TMZ also reports that she was NOT assaulted with a deadly weapon. Apparently, according to penal code, "deadly weapon" might not mean what you or I think of right away.
And according to reports from law enforcement officials, Rihanna suffered bruises and bite marks. [The Dish Rag @ LA Times]

Chris Brown is in some real deep shit. He's already posted $50,000 bail so he's out of custody but the investigation continues. But really, is there much to investigate? I mean, clearly we see Chris Brown and Rihanna leaving the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party together.
I'm just going to assume that's the Lamborgini above as mentioned in the statement. "sources said that about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, Brown and a woman got into an argument in a rented Lamborghini on North June Street in Hancock Park."
I guess for legal considerations Rihanna couldn't be named but who the fuck else would it be? And as the reports go, "police say Brown and his companion "became involved in an argument. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker." Source
Chris Brown has been charged with "suspicion of making criminal threats, a charge that carries a maximum penalty of four years." Yeah, he'll probably get probation and have to go to anger management classes or something even less. Fucking bastard.
Chris Brown was scheduled to perform, "Forever", while Rihanna was scheduled to perform a medley of "Disturbia" and "Live Your Life".

I heard she hit him first. Now im not for men beating women for no reason but if she hit him first then he can hit her back. Since we're all equal why cant he hit her back? And if she hit him first, isnt she in the wrong also? I dont approve of men beating on women and I dont approve of women beating on men. And if the man and the woman beat on each other then they dont need to be together anyway.

Yeah and let's not forget women aren't always the weaker party in the equation. I know a few men who get beat up by their wives or girlfriends, but they don't hit them back because they feel they shouldn't and they end up with broken bones. Its not right any way. You shouldn't hit anyone but if you do hit someone then you should be prepared that they'll try to defend themselves.

Um, Bastardly, follow my line of reasoning please... if the alleged assualt took place at 12.30 am Sunday, and the above photo was taken at 1 am Sunday, then it would stand to reason that the above pic was taken after the assualt and not before it.
The only thing that is surprising really is who is actually being booked on the charges. Now I'm from Barbados, Rihanna's home country, and it was well known that last year while the two were here that while Rihanna was driving her range rover, that she and Chris were arguing and she slapped him, causing the jeep to swerve and then it stopped and Chris got out and got into the car with his bodyguards saying that she's crazy. Later at the villa that they were staying at, the two were fighting again and Rihanna threw two rocks at Chris, missing and smashing the rover's windows instead. I guess Chris just got tired of being Rihanna's bitch and retaliated, unfortunately it was the night before the grammys.
