Taylor Momsen turned 16 years old this past Sunday; so she might be legal in a handful of countries but still another two years for the US. We've got over 700 more days that Taylor can be categorized under Jailbait. Anyways, for her 16th birthday, Taylor dressed in sheer pink to show off her black bra as she performed with her band, The Pretty Reckless.
