Top of the Rock: Stefania Fernandez Starts "Work" as Miss Universe
Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009 after a late four martini lunch by Moe
Stefania Fernandez will now start work as the 2009 Miss Universe which involves traveling to exotic locations around the globe & taking photographs with rich and powerful people (mostly rich men who want to spend a few nights with her).
