Tracey E. Bregman (born May 29, 1963) is an American soap opera actress. She was born in Munich, Germany to American musical arranger, record producer and composer Buddy Bregman and actress Suzanne Lloyd. She lived in Great Britain until the age of 10 when her family relocated to California. She has been acting since she was 11 years old. At one time, she was credited as Tracey E. Bregman-Recht.
