You seriously think she's less talented than any of their other "actors" and "comedians"?
Also, I think the downfall of Nickelodeon was when they stopped showing decent goddamn programming (Doug, Rocko, Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy). I don't one girl's lack of acting ability will damage them where a total creative vacuum hasn't. Especially when the girl is as nice to look at as Victoria Justice.

Shows that are actually decent? That would be which shows, exactly? Tru Jackson? Big Time Rush? The Troop? Man, I know not all Nickelodeon shows were good when I was a kid, but I feel so sorry for these kids nowadays.
And WTF is "creative time"? Since when is creativity measured in time? If the creator of a show is creative, then that's what he is. If he's not, then no amount of time is going to change that. I would say screwing over Tom Lynch probably hurt Nickelodeon worse (creatively, at least) than giving some hot chick her own show.

The show that you conveniently left off your list, iCarly, would be the best and most creative show on Nickelodeon. It has been their ratings dynamo that has put new shows at Disney into hiding when trying to compete head-to-head (see Jonas). It is Nick's cash cow now, along with SpongeBob. iCarly's creator/executive producer is now focused on both iCarly and Victorious starring Victoria Justice. It has not been a coincidence that since this dual work has started, iCarly has lost some of its comedic uniqueness. His last minute touches on prior shows that separated iCarly now seem to be missing. For a stretch, iCarly was actually one of the better comedies on all of TV, but now it's time to focus on Justice who will age horribly. As far a creativity being measured in time, it measured in time, when a person who is naturally creative is forced to cut corners to meet very tight deadlines while developing/producing multiple shows simultaneously. I'll stop here because I really don't give a shit other than to reiterate that I can't stand Victoria Justice.
