I was a little surprised that the leaked work print didn't hurt the box office. I guess Hollywood can stop shouting about piracy hurting box office for a little while.
Still, the film was a pile of shit. I HATED almost everything about the film -- the handling of the Weapon X procedure, how bad it screwed up Deadpool and Gambit and having FX that looked like they were made with on Windows Movie Maker.
What a waste.

I'm not surprised, the work print was unfinished... most of the special effects were missing and 1 or 2 scenes weren't put in. Usually pirated movies are complete so they would hurt box office sales more.

Not as much cash depending on how much the marketing costs are and if any of the hired talent gets a percentage of the gross.

I saw it in the theater this weekend. It was predictable and the characters were almost all very flat and glum (Sabretooth was just slightly less flat and Gambit was bland rather than glum). It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't all that enjoyable either.

not bad but could have been a hell of a lot better. Jackman rules but some shitty FX and a pussy PG-13 rating made it pretty lame.
