My neighbor has won Mr. Basketball, State Championship(s) in high school, NCAA championship(s), a Slam Dunk contest or two and Rookie of the year and who knows what else.
Another buddy of mine won the Superbowl a few years back. No one calls him king anything either.
I don't think having James in your name is a prerequisite for being called King.
