That middle pic is not from the US edition of SI. Which I am sure is what Sparks was implying.
Check the list though and you will see historically blonds get a lot more play than any other hair color.

she's been featured several times before and nobody gave a damn... idk why there's a sudden outburst of affection towards her. she's okay. she's way too masculine/austere looking. her face is so not my cup of tea and neither is her body. she's too thin lipped and her eyebrows are overwhelming. the body is nice but too athletic for my taste. i prefer a frame like candice or izabel goulart. thinner i guess, but she's well proportioned, i like her boobs and the color of her eyes. that is all.
