I would say there's a decent chance he did, or is in the process of doing so. Let's face it, everyone knows the character Ari Gold, so Piven has a lot of pull on Entourage. He could easily get her on the show and probably get a good fuck out of it.
Of course, this all relies on the presumption that someone like Sophie Turner would fuck somebody in exchange for a cameo/small part on a popular show.
