I am sure her lips may have had lip injections, who in Hollywood hasn't, I do not necessarily see any rhinoplasty for her nose. Granted I am a male, so I don't have the same discerning eye that you and other females do, however regardless of what the truth is, the results are natural-looking and subtle accentuating her beauty.

Im more convinced light and shadows are the difference here than surgery. General shape is the same on the nose, only big differences I see that certainly arent potential lighting issues, are how it slopes into the cheeks and upper lip area and that is more to do with how much more facial fat she had "way back when" than she does today.
Not disagreeing with the possibility that she did have rhino done, just not convinced just by these pics.

the difference in the angel of her head is just enough to make me uncertain. I grant you there is a difference in how those two areas look between the two pics, but the head is tilted just differently enough and the fat in her face is just enough to possibly cover the visual difference.
p.s. My glass is never half full nor half empty, I challenge you to prove there is even a glass!
