Photo Credit: Bauer-GriffinPete Wentz was photographed driving his Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG. While driving the car he was talking on the cell phone at the same time. In the state of California it's a law that you have to use a hands-free device; however, the fine is $20 for the first time and $50 each additional time; I'm guessing Pete doesn't care.
