These were snapped a couple days back at the Mel B Sugar Factory Couture Lollipop Launch held at the Guys & Dolls Lounge in Los Angeles.Believe it or not, but these two got paid to help promote an L.A. candy joint that's famous for selling those fat (bling'd-out) lollipops the Kardashians are famous for sucking on (when not sucking on other things, of course).
I understand It goes without saying, but it's fairly obvious that it's all for camera attention---just look at the way Kim does it:

As much as I may or may not dislike Megan Fox or VS models they actually have a legitimate reason to be famous/news worthy.

Their fame/infamey level does not warrent the near constant entrys the Kardashian clan gets.
The other few total fame whores, sub-D-listers we get on this site get a few token charity entrys as is befiting their level of importance.
Of course if Moe just wants to come out and admit his total sexual fascination to all things Kardashian, I would understand then. Cause admiting you have a problem is the first step to healing....

Because people who have had big noses and hated it tend to go overboard with their plastic surgeries because they always have this image that their nose is big no matter what. MJ is another example. She denies this pic, saying it has been photoshopped to slander her natural beauty. LOL

It does. It just doesnt let you hot link off it. So you need to copy the short cut and paste it into a new browser window.
It is a trick that people who run servers do to cut down on hotlinking to pictures. Something they want to stop cause that way the dont make the money from adsense and such.

I can't believe she is trying to say she hasnt had rhinoplasty. Her nose is very obviously worked on. I don't know why people can't just be honest about surgery. Her nose is extremely small, especially considering she has a long face. Her plastic surgeon was irresponsible to make it that small but as you say she obviously has some sort of a complex about it.

i don't think the surgeon was irresponsible. No need to blame the doctor. She got what she wanted. Look at her make-up. She's trying to make her nose appear even smaller, which makes me think the doctor actually advised her not to go any smaller, and she listened but is still not satisfied.
