Cookie-cutter hot chick band---I don't know about you guys, but I'm totally digging them! If you watch them on TV, make sure to mute the TV! And if live concerts are your thing, just bring along your iPod with a pair of fat headphones so you can watch "The Saturdays" perform while listening to your favorite tunes.
Here's more info about them:
The Saturdays are an English girl group formed in London in 2007, consisting of Una Healy, Mollie King, Frankie Sandford, Rochelle Wiseman and Vanessa White.
They have processed 2 albums peaking at number nine on the UK chart, with their first album being certified Platinum, roughly 9 months after it was announced that it was. They released 7 singles, 6 reaching the top 10 in UK, and 3 reaching the Top 10 in Ireland, all singles released have made it into the top 25 in both countries.[Source]

nobody would care about the Pixies now if they were just starting out, as well as, Look at one of the Pioneers of EMO... Sunny Day Real Estate.... when they help start that genre, it didnt MATTER what you looked like, you didnt have to "look EMO" to be emo... it was about how you sang and the subject matter...

it funny how every one is now 'alternative' and the music is worse.
and the pixies were to 'arty' for the people that suddenly got to be 'alternative' because clear channel/mtv pushed nirvana. ha ha...
philip did you keep up with frank's solo stuff hmm i didn't but i'm lame. i think the pixies 'surfer rosa' and 'doolttle' cds are certified gold records in the states. hoiw the hell did that happen. well i mean 'surfer rosa' geeting gold staus sells wise. 'doolittle' i can understand. that was the pixies at they're most pop/accessible/'catchy' and that's pretty much all pop music fans want in a recording.

Frank Black's Solo stuff is pretty good actually, i enjoy it. Check out "Los Angeles" and my band used to play his song "Don't Ya Rile Em" at shows.
