It's just a preference, nothing more than that. I have a male friend who loves hairy women, he wants his girl to stop shaving armpits etc. I find smooth skin more attractive, more sexually appealing. It's like, you're born with fingernails an toenails too, they grow, you trim them, you don't just leave them to grow too long. Same with body hair, if it's too much, it's easy to remove it.
I don't mind soft, light hair on arms and legs on a woman but coarse, black, long hair is a little too much. My man and every bf I had always appreciated smooth skin so I guess I'm not alone.
What about back hair on a man? Such a turn off! Some men are born with it, doesn't mean it should just grow there...
