The film, which is the second sequel in the "Underworld" series, has a release date set for January 20th, 2012. Here's some plot juice:
After being in a coma-like state in a coffin for one and a half decades, Selene (Kate Beckinsale), a vampire, learns about her fourteen-year-old vampire/Lycan hybrid daughter, Nissa. Selene finds Nissa and together they fight the BioCom from creating super Lycans that will kill them all. [Source]
