Mila is the most deserving to win this contest. First of all, I don't believe blondes can compete with brunettes as far as beauty. That's not to say a blonde can't be beautiful and sexy, but brunettes are on another level. The only conceivable category that Candice would win over Mila is the body category. They are both thin, but Candice just has a curvier body. At some point you have to factor in personality and talent and Mila clearly wins there.
