If you've been keeping up w/ the series, you gotta cough up the cash & hit the film purely for nostalgic reasons.
The "Cougar Town" hottie was lookin' great as she arrived at CBS studios in midtown earlier today to tape an episode of "Late Night With Letterman." Here's a clip of her appearance:
