Selena Gomez brought out some leg action with her little purple dress but could that compete with Francia's tight little purple dress? We're gonna have to go with the tight dress on this one.
Francia continues on ABC Family's The Secret Life of the American Teenager but really, how can this girl get a nice push into something better?
