No I'm completely serious. lol She, like Angelina Jolie, was born with full lips. I've seen pics of her on her facebook page when she was around 8 or 9 years old and they were huge. So even if your claim that she has silicon in her upper lip is true, she had big lips to begin with so it makes no difference to me but I genuinely DO NOT think she has had any work done. Her nose has absolutely not been tampered with. Her nose is very similar to mine, her profile shows she has a bump on the bridge of her nose and an elongated tip. I've been to a plastic surgeon before and there is a muscle between your upper lip and your nose that creates that odd fish lip/downward nose when she smiles. It's not as obvious on me though because my lips aren't nearly as full. And her tits are real. They are relatively small and have a sort of tubular shape. 100% real.
