As for the ones who're 17 & up, we've chosen the most promising ones to feature below. The big Vogue-sponsored party for young chicks looking to make it big in Hollywood was held Friday (September 23) evening at the Studios at Paramount in Hollywood. We're pretty sure there were closet-pedophile actors, photogs, directors, & producers on hand make the girls feel welcome!

I am a big Debby Ryan fan but she looks absolutely ghastly here. Whoever was her stylist for this event should be shot, then fired, then shot a second time. Why dress/makeup one of the better looking current stars on Disney as if she is a cadaver that is 70 years old.

Skyler Samuels! She's in The Nine Lives of Chloe King (ABC Family). Yeah I know, it's a show for 12 year old girls, I like it any way.
I would say Stella Hudgens is my favorite but just googled her and she's only 15. Where's the frakkin' jailbait warning?
And Moe you forgot a close-up of Amber Stevens, maybe that wouldn't have happened if you didn't cram a thousand women/girls into one post.
