Photo Credit: WENNVictoria Justice and Leon Thomas of Nickelodeon's Victorious are over in Europe to do some promo work for the show's CD, "Victorious Stars". The two were recently in Berlin, came across a group of breakers, and decided to get it on film. Victoria participates (kinda) in the beginning part of the clip but then it just focuses on the other dudes.
