Other winners included Adele, LMFAO, Justin Bieber, and Rihanna. Earlier in the day, Shakira was awarded French Knighthood by the Chevalier de l'ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of the Arts and Letters). Others who've received such a distinction include Kylie Minogue, George Clooney, and Jude Law.
