With all the buzz Michael Fassbender's new film "Shame" is generating, it's definitely worth suffering through an interview w/ David Letterman.

Brandon (Michael Fassbender) is a successful, handsome thirty-something living and working in New York. He seems to have it all, but he also has a compulsive personality that has him feeling trapped. With a ferocious sexual appetite, Brandon survives on a diet of random physical encounters with women. Sometimes he pays, sometimes he finds satisfaction alone, but one way or another his desires need to be met. Into his otherwise ordered world comes his sister, Sissy (Carey Mulligan), a troubled young woman who has been left as damaged as Brandon by their childhood which is never completely revealed.

I'm fucking pissed that no one has leaked a screener of Shame yet. Usually by this time, every movie up for awards has had the academy screener hit the internet.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. I've watched screeners of The Help, Young Adult, and The Descendants so far.

it's hard out there for someone using their modem... ;)
in previous years you'd have screener based rips of stuff out before it opened wide or a few days after it opened.arrgh...
let's just blame this on tebow, mcit... ;)
oh well, it's cool someone else on this site feels my pain on the lack of screeners thing. :)

I saw Shame. It's above average, but nothing earth shattering. If not for the incredibly awesome acting of Fassbender and Mulligan, you'd probably be bored.
