Photo Credit: WENNVictoria Justice recently celebrated her 19th birthday on February 19th. Still classified in the Barely Legal category, this is Victoria's second post of the new year but obviously the first since going from 18 to 19 years old. Look for Victoria to release an album, and hopefully some "leaked" photos leading up to the release of the album, sometime this year in addition to her supporting role as the dream girl in The First Time.

Age looks right to me. I suspect she'd look 15 without makeup on... which is impossible to verify because she always has a lot of makeup on.
