The world-famous Victoria's Secret model, who's currently five months pregnant with her second child, was doing something most women in their second trimester wouldn't even fantasize about---she was on the runway at the Sao Paolo Winter 2012 Fashion Week for Brazilian designer Colcci. God daayum!

She looks glowing! I notice her legs are getting slightly thicker. Not super skinny like usual. I hope Alessandra doesn't loose too much weight after this pregnancy.
