Elle is adorable. The Fannings have done a great job raising both their daughters. Furthermore, Elle is viewed as one of the fashion trendsetters of teen/tween female celebrities and just was on the cover of Teen Vogue as a tribute to her style. Every outfit can't be perfect. Team Fanning.
