What I find weird about the statue... isn't the fact that its a woman giving birth cause thats all well and good... is the bear head. The fact that its britney though confuses me. Why is britney being celebrated for her decision by a statue depicting her as giving like this natural calm birth when she didn't even attempt a vaginal delivery and planned ahead to get a c cection... Im not a big fan of people getting C Cections for non medical reasons but whatever... Its just weird she's giving a like ... motherly natural delivery and she really got him taken out for her.

AnnClair, what's so bad about C Cections? I just watched a show the other day about how they're healthier and safer for both the mother and the baby then natural birth. I don't think they should be viewed so badly by people. But that statue should be. Why would Britney Spears be holding a bear head while giving birth in a doggy-style position? I get that it's supposed to be arty, but it scares me a bit.

Maybe I should get knocked up and be forced to put my career on hold and I'll get a statue made for me too.

Hermitia that is not true. C-Sections are much more dangerous for the mother and baby according to almost all published studies. It's getting surgery and that always has more risks than pushing a baby out. In terms of multiple births or complications that's different, but for normal births it's always safer to do it naturally. Yes, people, that woman on the cover of Maxim is hot. Her eyebrows seem unnaturally high to me though.

My eyebrows look just as high and I don't pluck often. Maybe she plucks and has real hairy eyebrows, but even then she'll be hot. She has killer eyes. Oh and I may have misunderstood that C section thing. But I'm still young and real scared of giving birth. =S It sounds real painful.

Hermanita it is hard to give birth, but it is one of those things that you get through, and once it is over you feel like it was worth it. Maybe that model's eyebrows are just high like that, or the picture could be touched up too. You are lucky if your eyebrows are naturally high and skinny like that. I really hate the bushy eyebrow trend. (Keira Knightly.)

Shes hot but theres something I don't like about her face, think its the longness, this girl would suit a smile better to shorten her face rather than the sultry sexy look which just makes it appear even longer!
