Often times, when a woman undergoes said procedure, the nipple is partially/completely removed and reattached higher. This is done to give the breast a more natural look by "centering" the nipple thus preventing it from hanging so low you have to do some serious searching for it. That accounts for the scarring that you see above and below the nipple (it's actually on the areola - NOT the nipple, dumb-ass). The scarring - if she follows the doctor's orders eventually dissipate and blend in with the areola. After the allocated recovery period, her tits will look quite nice and be something you'll wish you had whilst in mid jerk-off. This, by the way, is common knowledge to anyone with half a brain. I work for a fabulous plastic surgeon, and I can say with authority that plastic surgeons never take the nipple off because that would completely destroy the nerve endings. They just remove the skin around it, and close it with a purse-string stitch--that creates the lift. Tara had a procedure called a Benelli lift ('donut' mastopexy), which gives a very small amount of lift, with her subglandular augmentation. She has admitted in interviews that her scar got so messed up b/c she didn't wear a sportsbra afterwards(as she was instructed) for the month it takes to heal completely. Her scar got stretched out and ugly. If you've seen any recent pix, she's had them re-done and lost that 4 lane highway that was her cleavage.
