That pic was taken in bevery hills, not ny (it even says BEDFORD DR. in the pic). i've seen this man many times, always in front of the parking garage. sure i am very sorry that he is disabled and i donate every time but i have to say he has a very good spot, almost everybody gives him money (because he gets loud otherwise) and in the winter time he wears a fur coat, much nicer than any of my coats. so if she gives him a buck that's fine.

Who cares? Do you know how many bums fake injuries and make up nonsense stories? I'd bet this guy is collecting government checks and probably living off relatives to boot, he just bums money to buy crack. I know these types. Fucking bums, 95% of the time are just lazy ass con-men. Their presence is an annoyance, deters customers from shopping at businesses, and drives property values down. If I saw this leech in my neighborhood, I would wheel him to a homeless shelter and tell him to stop panhandling.
