no, that's Raul Gonzalez...he's one of the animadores on Despierta America. I swear, the 2 male hosts are fiends.... though i can't understand a word that is being said on the show, most of the times references to Jackie are preceded with "the sexy" or after she does her weather report the make another "sexy" reference.
I swear, all the dudes on univision are tools but they probably get a lot of ass cause of the accent.
