Okay, I have to say that first of all I would love to have Paris Hilton's money and her lifestyle (meaning freedom to live as she sees fit...not HAVING to work, etc), she and her sister are very lucky woman. Do I think she utilizes her time and money the right way, for me, NO! For her maybe? She is obviously needing something.
As far as her looks. She has had soooo much plastic surgery (lips, eyes, nose included) that it is hard for me to say she is ugly or pretty. She wears way too much make-up, I presume because she likes it (I wear a lot sometimes) and to camoulflage (can't spell it) her faults. She is also constantly photographed.
Now she has bleached out hair, wears hair extentions, contacts, and the gobs of make-up. I'd like to see her without any makeup, no hair extentions. Personally I think she is sort of pretty in an odd way and she has angles where she looks better. She does have a hooked nose (surgically reduced...now imagine what it must have looked like), but many women do too. It is her nose. Lazy eye, she can still be pretty and have one.
If I pick her apart, I don't think I can say ANY of her facial features are "pretty" but all in all, out together, she is okay.
Her skinnyness and small boobs, i am skinny and have small breasts too. My body is very similar to hers (shape and porportions) and I have contemplated bereast augumentation but am weary of it. I DO admire that she has NOT gotten breast implant (hey she can afford them ya know) because it shows that she is at least comfortable with ehr body (her face is a different story). I believe she emphasizes a pretty face. I can see how she probably has kept some girls from getting implants by flaunting that "thin body and small breasts". I seriously doubt she has an eating disorder.

So over all...Paris is average looking with lots of help with make-up and gadgets (contacts, hair-extentions). She can look pretty at times, but never beautiful. Sorry. Also, her money and lifestyle gives a higher level of attractiveness in my opinion.
