btw that dress looks so cheap and poorly made. it looks like a simplicity dress pattern ...and the fabric is so dull and boring!

Oh, and it is not a malfunction if it was supposed to happen. There are patches you can put over the nipple to make this sort of thing not happen... so perhaps this was done on purpose. There are even things to make you have hard nipples.
