2006 NCLR ALMA Awards on ABC to have Hottest Dance Sequence in the History of Television

The National Council of La Raza (NCLR), largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the U.S., announces the return of the NCLR ALMA Awards in a prime-time spot on ABC Monday, June 5 (9:30-11:00 p.m. EST)! The NCLR ALMA Awards honors outstanding Latino artistic achievement in television, film, and music and the enhancement of the Latino image in the entertainment industry.
This year's program will be hosted by Eva Longoria (wonder how she got hooked up w/ that job...?) Regardless of what it says above, this award show is basically an attempt to bring together all the hot Latinas in the entertainment industry under one roof so all the rich producers & directors can see who they want to use in future projects (and sleep w/ in the process, of course).
Now, w/out further doodoo, here are more snaps from what appears to be the hottest dance sequence to ever be shown on television. The level of hotness is baffling to me.

La Raza = Mexican (and then only Mexican-Native), but I'm not sure - b/c well, I'm not Mexican.
However, I do know that when "La Raza" is mentioned - it generally does not include other, non-Mexican Hispanics.
I think this show is for ALL Hispanics. Although, having it hosted by a Latina who can't speak Spanish is pretty lame.
But whatever.

P.S. I have no idea what Carmen Electra is doing on that show - other than for gratuitous T & A, although with all the gratuitous T & A on Latin TV, you'd think they would have gotten some more ethnicity-appropriate.

The other chick (in reference to #11) is the wife on the George Lopez show, not Lisa from Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam. Last I saw of Lisa she got really, really fat.
