They have really nice beds in Ikea. I spent $350 on one mattress (no box springs for Ikea?!) and it is better than any chiropractor. That said, their other furniture is cheap as fuck and sucks ass.

I have the paritcle board end tables and they damage easily and somehow damage themselves. Best $10 I ever spent.
