Bijou Lily Phillips (born April 1, 1980) is an American actress, former fashion model, and one-time pop-singer.
Phillips was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, and is the daughter of John Phillips of The Mamas and the Papas and his then-wife Geneviève Waïte, a South African model. She also is the half-sibling of Mackenzie Phillips, Jeffrey Phillips and Chynna Phillips. Her older brother is Tamerlane Phillips. The name "Bijou", which is French for "jewel," was taken from the song "My Petit Bijou" by Lambert, Hendricks and Ross.

Actually, she looks good here. Before, in the late 90's, she was looking kinda punky, slutty, and beat-up, but hell I'd probably do her once. But like John said, I head she was/is bitch eventhough she has a sexy smile here.

This chick is NOT hot. she is average at best, and is only considered kinda hot by some cause all she plays is total whores. I like that she does but it has also come to a point were that is the only type of character she plays and the fact that she looks like a street hooker already doesn't help at all.
