Carmen is lookin ragged these days...her eye make-up is whack...she needs to change her look or become the Phillis Diller of our day...I don't care for Jessica's dress either...It looks like someone go the bright idea of taking drapes and making a dress out of 'em...But Jessica is hands down the hotter of the two...
