Lake Bell (born March 24, 1979 in New York City) is an American actress to parents Robin Bell and Harvey Siegel. She has an older brother named Luke Siegel who owns a sliding wall and door company called Raydoor in New York City, and they were featured together in InStyle magazine in 2005. She also has two half-sisters, Courtney and Mackenzie.

She made two guest appearances on ER in 2002, then went on to play Alicia Silverstone's wise-cracking best friend, Victoria, in NBC's short-lived series "Miss Match". In 2004, Lake made her debut as Sally Heep in "The Practice," and her character was carried over into the series off-shoot, "Boston Legal," where she was made a regular cast member until she left the series in 2005. I doubt you all realize that with high heels and an open toe, the foot gets pushed forward and because there is nothing to stop it, ie. the closed toe, it comes out of the shoe. If she was wearing a shoe a few sizes bigger it would happen to a lesser extent, however there would be a lot of space in the back and you all will complain about that too.

I agree, Surface was great. First show I've gone out of my way to catch in a long time. Fuck NBC.
Lake Bell is hot, but... she's kind of hunched over and has a kind of sheepish expression that sabotages her hotness in these pics. It's like she's thinking, "I feel so girly in this dress and it just isn't me." She looks better in jeans and a sweatshirt when she's not feeling so self conscious.

I was at this benefit as a journalist. While Lance Armstrong and Eva Longoria were happy to speak with me about their involvement with Padres, Lake Bell and her snout nosed flack snubbed me and were SO rude. For the life of me I don't understand why "celebrities" show up to these events and then snub the press. AND I overheard Lake telling her friends -- they can be so pushy.
