She's got to keep the funny looking bangs, or else she'd be displaying her 5-6-maybe-even-7-head. She's not UGLY per say, but aside from the obvious massive expanse of shiny forehead, there's something about her face that doesn't seem quite right. She's got boobs like Claire Danes! IE- none.
