Guys... come on, I mean, this isn't right. There is no definition of ugly or pretty when you think about it, because everyone's opinion varies. Someone you may find revolting, could be someone else's perfect image of beauty. So even if you think someone's ugly, well there's always going to be someone to find that person goodlooking so that doesn't make the person ugly or attractive. HOWEVER, I must make ONE, no make that TWO exceptions:

TORI SPELLING: This woman is horrible, never in my life have I heard anyone call her pretty. AND I can say this without feeling bad, because she's a stuck-up, bitchy whore: )

AMANDA LEPORE: Again, haven't heard anyone say anything good to her name. Anyone who can get such horrible plastic surgery deserves to hear the truth.

But, other than that, I don't think anyone is exactly UGLY, even when majority rules, there's still going to be some opposed. Same with the case of being pretty, I personally find quite a few celebrities such as Charlize Theron and Hilary Duff, plus many others, to be stunningly pretty, but I'm sure there are MANY who disagree with me.

What really frustrates me are the ugly women who are presented to the public as highly attractive. Also those, who are self-proclaimed sex symbols and who are making a strong emphasis on their looks. Celebs like D. Versace and Barbara Streisand (though undoubtedly "unpleasant" to look at) have gained their celebrity status based on talent and outstanding abilities.
