Samaire Rhys Armstrong (born October 31, 1980) is an American actress, perhaps best known for her roles as Emily on Entourage and as Anna Stern on The O.C.
Armstrong was born in Tokyo, Japan to American parents; her first name, pronounced sÉ‘mɪËrÉ‘, is Irish. She lived in Japan for several years, before moving to Hawaii and later Sedona, Arizona where she grew up. Armstrong attended the University of Arizona, but dropped out because of the school drama department's policy of barring freshmen from involvement in productions. Afterwards, she moved to Los Angeles. She is now dating Kevin Banek. [Wiki]

yeh, ole sammie has definitely fallen off from her OC days which had to be her heyday...
even then she was only a 7 or so on her best day...bod looks so-so but doable after a few long islands to help not be distracted by that post-stroke face thing she gets when she smiles...overall you have to say bastardly NOT though

Looking at a pic of her is nothing. It does not give you anywhere near enough detail of her to determine if she is or is not hot. I know this, because every pic I see of her, besides ones from the movie Stay Alive seem to be somewhat ugly. But if I see her in any videos of anything and i have searched and seen many videos of her, I find myself in love with her beauty. She is very cute and sexy in videos because the videos give her looks life and lots of cuteness that for some reason doesnt show up in her pictures. When seeing her in a video, her personality and cuteness show more than anyone else I see in a video. Images just do not capture it.
