I think she is beautiful because she doesn't need a whole stack of makeup - she is a pure, natural beauty with plenty of charm in her smile and twinkle in her eyes. Maybe 'hot is an insult as it can be synonymous with slutty. She may not be 'hot' it that sense - simply beautiful outside and in.
