After graduating, Griffin played Jess Sathers on The O.C.. Sathers was a cocaine addict and love interest to Trey Atwood (Logan Marshall-Green), who played the ex-con brother of Ryan Atwood (Benjamin McKenzie).
Griffin was also featured in the 2005 film The Dukes of Hazzard as Katie Johnson, the love interest of Bo and Luke Duke. In 2006 she had a small supporting role in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift as Clay's girlfriend Cindy. She has been cast to play Laurie Forman in the movie version of That '70s Show.
