Siga la Vaca - Buenos Aires Restaurant Review

Located in the Puerto Madero neighborhood, Moe and I checked out Siga la Vaca the first night in Buenos Aires. This is an all-you-can-eat parrilla where for roughly USD $13 you get all the meat, salad, and sides along with dessert, and a bottle of wine (or regular drink if wanted). My non-Spanish speaking self would literally just go up to the grill and choose and point. I probably did this for about 5 rounds. Mind you I was not feeling all that great afterwards but at the time it was damn well worth it.
The place is packed with both locals and tourists. Best time to go here would probably be around 10pm. The 9pm crowd is the tourists and the 11pm crowd is the locals so if you come right in between you shouldn't have to wait too long. We probably waited around 45 minutes to get seated.
Meat,sides,salad,wine and dessert? For 13 dollars? Im spending way too much in this country to become obese.

I hpoe you tried the "offal" meat..if not you have to make sure you try morcilla (blood sausage) with some nice red wine and bread, and mollejas (sweetbreads), you can't return home just having eaten steaks!
