She's not that great- hot by everyday standards, but I'm comparing her to other celebrities.
The only thing which would get me watching that O.C (read Odious Crap) show would be if they did a special 'snuff' episode where that whiny 'aint I just great at being all ironic and bohemian' Seth would get bludgeoned to death for real by that slightly less annoying Ryan character with the distracting hair.
