Milos was born in Zurich, Switzerland to a Italian mother and an Greek father. In her teens she entered a local beauty pageant, and after winning first prize went on to win the provincial, regional and national contests as well. Milos studied acting diligently at the Beverly Hills Play House under acting coach Milton Katselas.
Her last name is pronounced 'Mee-loz'. According to herself she speaks English, Italian, French and German fluently, and can also carry a basic conversation in Greek and Spanish.[1]
She is a Scientologist.

Sofia Milos is cool and she looks a bit like Leona Lewis and she is a brilliant actress as Yelina Salas in CSI: miami its a brilliant Drama show and believe it or not ive got all the seasons that are out on DVD right now.
