Pana Rose is Polynesian Maori so they may have just tanned up her skin tone a bit. Polynesian Maoris are naturally brown.

I agree with PatuBadah, Pania has that maori look about her which goes with the tanned colour, and ive also seen way skinnier models she aint that bad.
