It's just that we're all conditioned to seeing "perfect" people nowadays. Yes, she's aged. That's what inevitabley happens AS WE AGE. I think she could definetly benefit from gettiing some work done, but I say good on her for not caving into North America's obsession with plumping pulling and filling.

even when she was younger she was never pretty plus she is a horrible actress. her eyelids are so droopy it looks like they may be affecting her vision soon.

That is NOT what a 44 year old looks like! She looks WAY older. She has not been nice to her skin at all. I understand you might not approve of her getting work done...but there is no reason to say...she just looks 44! She looks at least 10 to 15 years older than 44!

You take a high res close-up of one thousand 44 year old women with a huge smile on their face (who have NOT had surgery) in CA and I guarantee she'd look younger than most of them.
Believe me, I live in southern CA, I see it all.

This is a high-res picture that shows every line and pore. Sure, there are some 44 year olds who look better (without plastic surgery) than Helen, but she certainly doesn't look horrible for her age. She looks like most of the middle-age people I know (I live where plastic surgery is NOT the norm), but with a much better body. In fact, I know a few thirty-somethings with more sun-damage wrinkles than her.

Finally, a real woman. Ugly, but real.

I think she's pretty, but when I looked at the trailer for her new film, "Then She Found Me", I noticed she'd lost a lot of weight. The weight loss looked extreme. That can make someone look older, and I think it has in her case. She looks a lot different than she used to, but she's still pretty. I liked her with more flesh on her frame.

It's always the ugly people who feel the need to call other people ugly. Helen Hunt is beautiful and an excellent actress. Mad About You owned!
