Picture this: a generic office, everyone knows each other, it's all casual. They get their work done. One guy is gay, everyone else working there knows it, no big secret, no big deal. And while CSI has beat greys in viewership a couple of times this year, on Thursday grey's beat them by 3 million viewers, which is about average for them. So they never lost any significant ground.
