I am very surprised to learn about Anna Nicole’s passing. Many are questioning why Smith was even famous. Well, she was famous for being famous since the early 90’s, and unfortuanately her death will help capitalize this fame.
At a time when so many celebrities are famous for being famous (Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, etc.) Smith mastered the skill, spending nearly 15 years in the news. Her life went from being Playmate of the year- to inheriting $500 million- to having the state overturn her inheritance award- to birth of her second child- to death of her first child- and now her death.
She always seemed to be on the verge of disaster. Her life is a tabloid fairy tale waiting to be made into a movie. So many questions, not enough answers, and yet the one in the mist of all this drama is a small innocent child. God belss this child…

First of everything, God rest ur soul, Anna. And all those who offend her even after death need some mental care. This in the happiest case. As expected, various theories raised: that smb killed her, that she took an overdose, she committed suicide or she set up her own death.... Somehow this last variant I find it ridiculous. Me I think she committed suicide, but matterless in what state mite have been, would she have left her baby like this? Probably noone will ever know truth and if smb will they wont be able or wont be allowed to reveal it, like so many times it happens. I wish and hope Daniellynn will have a better life...

Seems like more than coincidence that three people who stood in lawyer's way for big bucks are now dead after exhibiting flu-like symptoms -- Marshall's son, Pierce, Anna Nicole's son, Daniel, and Anna herself. Now if Stern can just keep the DNA test under raps, he's a rich man.

This murder was a complete stage & cover-up, just like Marilyn Monroe's death was. Keep your eyes on Iran & Iraq, and the fucking environment. This woman was murdered for the headline.

Here is my theory summarized:
Well, first of all, Pierce Marshall is dead so... you shouldn't vote for him in the poll

Tell me what she could have possibly overdosed on ...They found prescription drugs - no illegal drugs in her hotel room, the initial autopsy revealed NO pills or tablets in Anna's body, NO fluids at all in her stomach (which makes Anna's nurse and bodyguards story about her choking on her own vomit impossible...) They found traces of blood in her stomach which was said to be caused by terminal shock right before she died...
3. Howard adored Anna. But they were close like best friends or siblings. They married in the bahamas while Daniel, Anna's late son, was in the morgue. Why such a hurry? They knew something else was going to happen or they suspected enough to try and control where the potential inheritence (up to 1.6 Billion Dollars from the Marshall estate alone) would end up in the event of Anna's death. Unfortunately, the wedding was not legally binding. Especially not after photos were released to U.S. Officials of Bahamian government officers at the ceremony-not to force the couple to return to the U.S. - but to welcome them as legal residents there. A combination of frowns from the U.S. and sudden eviction threats from Anna's ex-boyfriend- the man who gave her the Bahamian mansion as a gift, they returned to the U.S. They were planning on staying only a week but it seems as soon as she had set foot on U.S. soil, she died.
4. Men have been and still are claiming left and right that they are the father of the daughter, DaniLynn. Perhaps because whoever is the biological father splits the inheritence 50-50 with DaniLynn? I believe Larry Birkhead might have met Anna a few times but never even slept with her. He is a photo journalist - a paprazzi- the photos on his website would be easily taken and/or attained by him. Any questions about the maternity of the child? Larry Birkhead asked medical technicians at the scene of her death to take a DNA sample from Anna Nicole's dead body. Which leaves me asking how I'm even sure if Anna's pregnancy and child birth were even real... Could someone link to photos, video or anything that shows without a doubt that Anna Nicole was pregnant so I can put this theory to rest? Can't find any?
5.I haven't quite pieced together the clues but I feel like there is a connection between TRIMSPA, it's CEO, his wife and Anna Nicole's downward spiral. Anna had been quoted on many occasions that she had no money. True, she may have never actually gotten to see a penny of Marshalls estate but she did get paid, I'm sure, for commercials, ads, prints, appearances... TrimSpa Spokeswomen couldn't just work for free... and I don't know where that lady came from but the CEO of TrimSpa's wife made an appearence on Larry King Yesterday and she seemed anything but teary-eyed or grieving.

and about the fate of the newly-orphaned Dani-Lynn- Can any of the potential fathers intentions really be all good with that much money up in the air? I do think Howard is the only one that Anna trusted and loved after her son died. If he were a murderer, why wouldn't he just marry Anna Legally and kill the baby- that way he would have to deal with the paternity issue at all...

He did it!!!! Howard Stern killed Danny to make sure he could not inherit Anna's cash. Then he used her vulnerability to convinced her to marry him so he would be entitled to the inheritance. And he is not sure if the baby is his, which is why he is stalling the paternity test.... does he think it is not obvious!! So sad...

wow. that was a long drawn out theory. let me some up what i believe is fact in less than 6000 words. i agree that hks killed danny once the baby was born, cuz if u look at reports anna drafted a will a few months before his death. however he also killed anna after to the major hit they took in the dna battle, confirming he is a fraud, and cutting off his payday when anna receives her inherritance. i assume, being a lawyer, he knows that u need both parents to test the dna for paternity, i dont think he realized that anna's mother can still submit a blood sample for comparison. i dont think larry birkhead is the dad, nor hks, nor prince fuckbag. i think her baby daddy is her dead husband. by artificially inseminating herself she guaraneed herself cash. cash for child support, child care, and all the other perks of exploiting a kid. i am not bashing ans, but lets face it, stripper turned model, turned million dollar widow = gold digger, which most would feel is a huge change from trailor park whore. if the kid belongs to her dead sugar daddy, it truly is the smartest move she ever made, since that kid will be worth 1.6 billion before she turns a year old, and the baby would inherrit every penny since she is the next of kin since his son is also dead.
