Mischa is not fat. She's obviously a naturally skinny girl and thus, she does not feel the need to workout. Well, cellulite plagues pretty much everyone who doesn't work out often, so voila, there's your explanation. She should go to the gym, or plan b, the easier option, drink lots of water and spray tan. She looks a million times better when she gets that subtly sun kissed tan.
